    1. Delivery Policy

    Estimated Delivery Time

    Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 working days depending on your location. Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

    Shipping Charges

    Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before completing your order.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor the delivery status.

    Delivery Attempts

    Courier partners will attempt delivery at the provided address. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, additional attempts may be made. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.

    Delivery Areas

    We deliver across India. However, certain remote locations may not be serviceable by our courier partners.


    2. Returns & Replacement Policy

    Eligibility for Returns

    Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

    • You received a damaged or leaked product
    • The product delivered is incorrect or different from what you ordered
    • The item is expired upon delivery

    Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, food products cannot be returned once opened or used.

    Return Window

    Return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

    Replacement Process

    Once approved, we will:

    • Arrange a pickup for the defective/incorrect product (if required)
    • Ship a replacement at no extra cost

    Refund Policy

    A refund will be issued only if a replacement is not available or the order cannot be fulfilled. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Opened or used food products
    • Items returned without original packaging
    • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
